Original was damaged, didn't turn off even with the switch set to zero. Customer service had a replacement shipped and free return shipping all within a week! New one works flawlessly, couldn't have made a better purchase.

I bought this mixer last month. Looked to be in great condition. I unpacked it, set up it and start mixing whipping cream on the lowest setting. After 4 min of mixing, it stops. I check the outlet, switch the plug, feel if it's overheated (cool to the touch), wait 20 min and try again- no success, I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

I love that the bowl locks in place. The dough hook is excellent. It makes dough in a 1/3 of the time of my old mixer.

I have the professional mixer and I never liked it for the reason it is too big to fit under my cupboards and way too heavy to pick up. I did not like the fact that I could not lift the mixer to remove the bowl. SO I love this one not like the professional one at all.

The machine arrived looking perfect, but with the Stir speed non-operational. Have given it a few good workouts since then and today, while kneading a very big bread dough, I heard a clunk and suddenly all speeds were working. So far, so good.

I have an original kitchen aide that needs a whisk. It's over 30 years old maybe closer to 40, and runs perfectly. My husband got this new/refurbished one because it's smaller and has the tilt head.

I had a kitchen aid when I was raising my family and passed it on to my daughter. I didn't realize how much I used until I didn't have it! My husband bought me this refurbished more powerful model and I am very pleased with it. Came in perfect condition with all three mixers paddles. It can whip egg whites faster than my old one by a long shot. Hubby is now planning on getting the meat grinder and sausage stuffer for it. I am sure it will get plenty of use!

I am not a baker so I never wanted to invest a lot of money in an item that I thought that I wouldn't use much. I was pleased to get this refurb for a really good price & I have plans to use it frequently. I believe in the Kitchen Aid brand & I have a food processor that works well.

I researched stand mixers for over a month and decided on my new Kitchen Aide Artisan! It looks beautiful, it is powerful, it is the perfect addition to any home kitchen. Whips up egg whites for the perfect merengue, loads of whip cream in a flash, kneads a perfect loaf of bread, cakes, frostings, cookies,etc. How I managed without my Kitchen Aide is beyond me. So glad I bought it!

Bought this for our daughter as she loves to bake. She is 12 years old and had no trouble using the mixer even without reading directions lol. It looks great for a refurbished mixer. Only a few scratches on the silver trim. Super pleased with how it looks and the price was fantastic! She has used it a few times and it mixes things so easily. Makes baking a breeze. Would definitely recommend this refurbished mixer!!

Arrived on time and you can't tell this Kitchen Aid from new. Saved a lot of money buying refurbished. Mine arrived in perfect condition. It clearly had never been used. There's not a mark on anything.
